Butter lettuce, avocado, cucumber, snap peas, fresh herbs, and a blended avocado-herb green goddess dressing. Every shade of green, perfectly balanced.
Blend 1 avocado, tarragon, chives, basil, parsley, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and a splash of water until completely smooth and vibrantly green.
Tear lettuce into generous pieces. Slice cucumber thinly. Split snap peas lengthways. Cube remaining avocados and toss in lemon juice.
